The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the Valuysky district of the Belgorod region, killing one civilian and injuring two others. This was announced on October 23 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Valuisky district is under attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. One civilian was killed and two wounded," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
