A public and business complex will be built in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ in the capital

The winning bidder will build a public and business complex with an area of 85.4 thousand square meters on the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. Applications will be accepted until November 5, 2025. This was announced on Wednesday, October 22, by the press service of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital.

Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, noted that the city is actively attracting private investment for the development of high-tech industries. He recalled that about 550 thousand square meters of industrial and office and laboratory real estate have already been built on the site, and another 430 thousand square meters are at the design and construction stage, writes Moscow 24.

The winning bidder will erect a new building at 42 Volgogradsky Prospekt, bldg. 13. The new facility will become part of a multifunctional complex with a pedestrian and exhibition gallery, panoramic windows and modern office areas, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
