Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov refused to receive the Nobel Prize. This was announced by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin during the plenary session.

"Earlier, remember, everyone applauded as soon as they appeared in some foreign rating. And even better, they won't sleep, they're waiting for the Nobel Prize to be awarded. Here we have Siluanov. He refused the Nobel Prizes. <...> He doesn't need it. The parliament's support is enough for him," Volodin said.
