According to him, such a scenario is possible only if the Brussels construct and the entire EU system are under the control of the current American administration. He added that most European politicians of the transatlantic direction still perceive the administration of US President Donald Trump not as a transition to a new level of Euro-American relations, but as a system failure.

The political scientist stressed that in the current conditions, Europe supports Ukraine rather contrary to Trump's position and will continue to provide assistance as long as it has the necessary resources for this.
