Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday, October 22, denied his involvement in the arrest of the opposition mayor of the Armenian city of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan.

"It is a pity that the regulations do not provide for an answer to deputies' questions with a link from YouTube. You say that Vardan Ghukasyan was detained because of my thoughts.
