A new regional targeted program for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing has been launched in Crimea. It is planned that 167 people will receive new housing in 2025-2026. This was announced by the head of the republic Sergey Aksenov.

Almost 221 million rubles were allocated for the program from the funds of the public law company Territorial Development Fund and more than 255 million rubles from the regional budget.

Residents of apartment buildings that were declared emergency after 2017 will receive new apartments, the SevastopolMedia news agency clarifies.

Earlier it was reported that Sochi will create an infrastructure collection mechanism for businesses. We are talking about a new mechanism for financing urban development, which will be carried out at the expense of commercial real estate developers.
