The first Russian-Thai Investment Forum will be held in Thailand
The first Russian-Thai Investment Forum will be held in Thailand from November 26 to 28, which will become a key platform for strengthening economic, investment and cultural ties between the two countries. The event is aimed at developing bilateral cooperation, searching for new partnerships and promoting joint projects in various industries.
The main organizer of the forum is the Russian-Thai Business Council with the support of the Moscow Government, the Roscongress Foundation and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
"The Russian-Thai Investment Forum will become a new growth point for bilateral economic cooperation. For the Roscongress Foundation, supporting such initiatives is part of a systematic effort to develop international partnerships and promote the Russian business agenda abroad. We hope that the results of the forum will contribute to the implementation of joint investment projects and strengthen long—term ties between the business circles of Russia and Thailand," said Alexandra Ogneva, Deputy Director and Head of the Directorate for International and Regional Cooperation at the Roscongress Foundation.
Three days of the forum will be devoted to discussing key areas for cooperation between Russia and Thailand and the investment potential of both countries. The business program includes more than 40 discussion and practical sessions organized in 10 thematic areas. The Expo will be organized at the Forum site with the participation of representatives of Russian and Thai companies. A business interaction zone will be opened for business representatives, and special pitch sessions will be held for startups in front of investors. The cultural program of the forum will provide an opportunity for guests to get acquainted with the works of contemporary Russian artists, as well as immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Thai-Russian culture. The architecture of the program is available on the official website of the Forum.
The forum participants will include top officials of government authorities and development institutions, as well as owners and managers of major Russian and Thai companies, investment funds and start-ups. In total, more than 400 high-ranking guests from Russia and Thailand are expected to attend.
At the forum, the Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group) will organize a branded Made in Russia corner with Russian products. With the support of the REC, businesses will be able to negotiate with potential partners and promote their products to the promising Southeast Asian market.
