PSB has launched a chatbot for individuals in the MAX messenger
PSB has provided remote access to retail banking services on the platform of the Russian messenger MAX. The chatbot advises clients on the bank's products and services, the PSB explained.
By introducing modern digital technologies into integration processes, PSB expands its capabilities and brings banking services to retail customers through a popular communication channel, messengers, said Andrey Kardakov, Head of PSB's Digital Business Ecosystem Development Department. "Integration with the new Russian platform will provide PSB clients with fast and secure access to a wide range of retail financial services in a secure digital circuit," he explained.
The bank's chatbot provides consulting support on more than 100 topics. With its help, users can find out information on consumer loan processing, cashback category management, navigation and mobile banking functionality, and much more. In the future, the bank's customers will be able to conduct basic banking operations directly in the messenger.
