The Moscow industry is focused on creating innovative products with high added value that will be in demand both in Russia and abroad. For its part, the city is ready to provide comprehensive support to companies entering international markets. This was stated by Sergey Chumichev, Director General of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Support Fund, speaking at the session "Transformation of the Global Economy. International Settlements", which took place within the framework of the "Made in Russia" forum.

"The Moscow Foundation for the Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship actively supports the development of the capital's industrial enterprises. Thanks to preferential investment loans, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, photonics, quantum technologies and much more are developing in Moscow. In 2025, we expanded our financial support measures: we increased the size of the investment loan from 3 to 5 billion rubles, and the loan term from 3 to 5 years. At the same time, compensation for borrowers will amount to 50% of the key rate set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation," Chumichev stressed.

According to Chumichev, despite the slowdown in lending due to the high key interest rate, in 2025 the volume of concessional investment loans issued by the fund increased by more than 40% compared to last year. This helps to maintain high rates of implementation of investment projects in the industrial enterprises of the capital.

According to the expert, the capital's manufacturing companies are actively scaling up their presence in foreign markets. In the first eight months of this year, exports of products from manufacturing companies in the capital increased by 5% compared to the same period last year. The share of friendly countries accounted for 97% of the enterprises' exports. India, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Algeria have become key export destinations.
