The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation plans to launch a system for optimizing administrative and business processes, while the organization of work in the war zone will not be affected. This was reported by RBC on October 22, citing sources close to the agency.

"The main thing is to eliminate uncharacteristic and duplicative functions so that the military can focus on performing the most significant tasks," the source said.

The reorganization of document management, the provision of benefits, military construction, medical care, procurement under the state defense order, and repair of equipment is being worked out, the publication noted.

It is specified that the initiative is being implemented as part of the instruction of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov on the systemic optimization of daily business processes, which was voiced during the December 2024 board meeting of the department.
