Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 summit personally, but the country will be represented by a delegation. This was announced on October 22 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Putin will not personally participate, but Russia, as we said, will be represented at a decent level, and we will inform you in a timely manner who it will be," he said during a briefing.
