"At the command of Ukrenergo, emergency shutdowns have been applied in Kiev, Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk regions," DTEK wrote on its Telegram channel.

In addition, there was also an emergency blackout in the Odessa region. It is specified that the power engineers reconnected critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings to backup lines.
