In the south of Russia, there were two failures in the work of Telegram during the day.

The work of Telegram and WhatsApp messengers (part of Meta, the organization is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) in southern Russia has been disrupted twice a day. This became known on October 21 from the data of the Downdetector portal.

Android (36.3%) and Windows (37.7%) owners had problems accessing the app and the website. Most of the complaints were received from the Krasnodar Territory, Rostov, Saratov regions, Stavropol Territory and Magadan region.

According to the published information, the first failure occurred at about 14:00 Moscow time, and the second at about 22:00. Presumably, it was related to the technical work.
