In Los Angeles, USA, a wild American black bear sneaked into Sequoia Park Zoo to look at other bears in captivity. This was reported by the press service of the institution.

"The staff who conducted the daily inspection of the Redwood Sky Walk (walking trail. — Ed.), a wild American black bear was spotted on the territory of the zoo," reads a Facebook post (owned by Meta, a recognized extremist organization and banned in the territory of the Russian Federation).

It is specified that immediately after the discovery, zoo staff took measures: rapid reaction forces were sent to the site to assess and resolve the situation.

The wild guest interacted through the fence with other bears, Thule, Ishung, and Kunabulilkh. As the zoo staff noted, he did not leave the hiking trail, did not try to break or climb over the walls of the enclosures, that is, he behaved like a "very polite visitor."

Rescuers took the wild bear out through the service exit, and he returned to his native habitat.
