In the Belgorod region, a man was killed as a result of a Ukrainian FPV drone strike. This was announced on October 21 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Novostroevka-Pervaya in the Grayvoronsky district, a man was killed by an FPV drone strike on a passenger car. He died from his injuries before arriving at the hospital," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.
