Lavrov pointed to Russia's successful achievement of its goals

Russia's special military operation on the territory of Ukraine is achieving all its goals, and it will be successfully completed. This was announced on October 21 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"That was one of the main reasons, along with Ukraine's involvement in NATO, for our decision, the decision of the President [of Russia Vladimir] Putin is talking about conducting a special military operation that achieves its goals and, undoubtedly, this process will be completed successfully," he said after talks with the Ethiopian Foreign Minister.
