A deficit of 137 billion rubles was found in the capital of the St. Petersburg Tavrichesky Bank. This follows from the court's materials on October 21.

"The excess of the amount of the credit institution's liabilities over the value of assets amounted to 137,194,297 thousand rubles," the court's decision says, RIA Novosti reports.
