The identity of the alleged murderer of the director of Politics has been established

The alleged killer of director and cameraman Sergei Politika is 33-year-old Armen S. A source told Izvestia on October 21.

According to the source, the suspect is a native of Armenia.

The murder of a politician near his home was reported earlier that day. As his brother Vladimir told Izvestia, the director was attacked in the entrance of his house.

It is noted that late in the evening, Sergei the Politician went out to the entrance to smoke, but at that moment men came in there. The director made a remark to them, and as a result, a conflict ensued, but everything was resolved peacefully. Later, the men collided again in the entrance, and again there was a conflict. The politician sprayed a canister in the eyes of a 33-year-old foreigner. As a result of the incident, the young man pulled out a knife and stabbed Sergei in the chest.

A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in the death of the victim").
