Bogomaz pointed to the increased terror of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against civilians in the Bryansk region

The actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Bryansk region are becoming increasingly violent towards the civilian population. This was announced on October 21 by the Governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz.

"They are starting to terrorize the civilian population. They show their face, the face of fascists. Because the West allows them to behave like that, you know? That's how I see it. And they're kind of being pushed by their supervisors on what to do next," he said.
