A fire broke out in the House of Culture in the Lipetsk region

The roof caught fire in the House of Culture in the town of Mud, Lipetsk region. This was announced on October 21 in the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

"In the city of Mud, a fire broke out on the roof of the House of Culture of the Food Processing plant," the publication says in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that an open fire was eliminated on an area of 200 square meters. m. 32 specialists and eight pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.

Large families who lived in houses destroyed by fire are appealing to the head of the Investigative Committee and demanding that firefighters be held accountable.

Earlier, on October 20, a fire broke out on Bogatyrsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg. According to the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations, in a three-room apartment with an area of 115 sq. m. A room with an area of 12 sq. m burned out. The fire was extinguished by rescuers, four pieces of equipment and 20 personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took part in the operation.
