Baldo announced the transformation of Kherson by Kiev into a source of cannon fodder

Employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office) grab men on the streets of Kherson, after which they deliver them to the combat area, thereby turning the region into a source of cannon fodder where people disappear. This was announced on October 20 by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.

"Human rights activists are combing the neighborhoods that are far from the river. On the streets of the Tavrichesky and Shumensky residential settlements, men grab onto the streets and take them away towards the Music. There, in the so—called "prefabricated facility", which looks more like a concentration camp, people are sent to combat areas," the message on his Telegram channel says.

According to the governor, the relatives of these men are trying to find them, but they are unable to because there is no official information. In addition, Baldo added that the number of missing people is growing.
