A civilian was injured when an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) crashed into two private houses located in the Proletarian district of Rostov-on-Don. This was announced on the night of October 21 by the Governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar.

"In Rostov-on-Don, a resident was injured by shrapnel due to a UAV crash on two private houses in the Proletarian district. An ambulance team arrives at the scene and takes him to the BSMP. Medical assistance was also provided to the minor on the spot," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
