The TFR has begun a procedural review of data on the possible closure of a hospital in the village of Khmelinets in the Zadonsky district of the Lipetsk region. The corresponding instruction was given by the head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin.

The villagers appealed to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee. They are asking to understand the situation related, as they claim, to the closure of a socially significant facility.

According to local residents, "half the neighborhood needs a local hospital." GOROD48 recalls that last week the regional Ministry of Health denied information about the closure of the medical facility.

Nevertheless, the supervisory authority began an investigation on the grounds of a crime under the article "Negligence". Evgeny Shapovalov, head of the Lipetsk Region Control Department, should report on the progress of the audit to the head of the TFR.

In early October, it was reported that in four Russian regions, patients complained of problems with the availability of the drug, which contains the active ingredient etanercept. It is used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases. Difficulties in obtaining the medicine arose in Moscow, the Moscow region, as well as the Nizhny Novgorod and Lipetsk regions.
