The section from Solnechnogorsk to the village of Voskresenskoye in the Tver region, the northern bypass of Tver and the section from the village of Mednoye in the Tver region to St. Petersburg will be able to travel at speeds up to 110 km/h. The same speed limits will apply when driving around Novaya Usman and Rogachevka in the Voronezh Region.

The winter speed limit is necessary to ensure the safety of motorists in difficult weather conditions. In April, the speed limit on these sections will be increased again to 130 km/h and 110 km/h.
