Copyright disputes over the song "Odin" with singer Irina Allegrova and composer Igor Krutoy have been settled. The poet Sergey Krotikov told Izvestia about this on October 20.

"We have reached all the agreements, the legal nuances are settled and agreed. My name will be indicated under the song," he said.

According to the poet, the lyrics of the song were taken from the Internet. Attempts by the singer's representatives to find Krotikov and settle the dispute did not immediately yield results.

The author also shared that he wants to hear the song at the Song of the Year concert, which will be held on December 6 in Moscow.

On October 18, Krotikov said that Allegrova and Krutoy were accused of plagiarism. According to him, the singer's new song "Odin" is his poem, written back in 2008. Krotikov clarified that the composition, which was performed as part of the "My Wave" contest in August this year, was used without his consent, and the author was identified as a certain "Nikolai Nevanyan."

Later, on October 3, the song was published on streaming platforms, indicating Alkviad as one of the authors, but no one contacted Krotikov.
