Residents of the capital named their favorite events of the "Summer in Moscow" project

The "Active Citizen" summed up the results of the voting on the "Summer in Moscow" project. Residents of the capital named the events they liked and suggested ideas for the next year, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

More than 180,000 people shared their opinions, the deputy mayor said. "Programs for the whole family have become the most popular. The top three also included gastronomic festivals, as well as concerts, master classes, trainings and lectures of the My District project," Sergunina noted.

Muscovites have proposed to increase the number of theatrical performances, children's creative contests and educational outdoor games next year. In addition, "active citizens" believe that it is worth conducting more historical and patriotic quests, bus and river excursions, literary readings with the participation of stars, and career guidance events for young visitors.

The citizens positively assessed the contribution of the business community to the summer program. Culinary and artistic workshops, educational lectures and film screenings were especially noted.

This year, more than 86,000 events were held as part of the "Summer in Moscow" project. The events were held from June 1 to September 14, and the project brought together more than 400 venues.
