Air defense systems shot down two UAVs overnight over Bryansk region

Last night, air defense systems destroyed two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of the Bryansk region. This was announced on October 20 by the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, in the Telegram channel.

"Last night, on the territory of the Bryansk region, the air defense systems of the Russian Defense Ministry identified and destroyed two enemy aircraft-type drones," he said.

It was noted that there were no casualties or damage. Operational and emergency services continue to work at the site.

The detained vice Governor Nikolay Simonenko is suspected of involvement in embezzlement.

Earlier it was reported that on the night of October 18, the Bryansk region's air defense systems destroyed 12 enemy aircraft-type drones. There were no casualties or damage, and the operational services continued to work on the spot.
