Rodrigo Paz wins the Bolivian presidential election
Senator Rodrigo Paz won the second round of the Bolivian presidential election, beating his opponent Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga by the number of votes.
"Paz, a senator from the Christian Democratic Party, scored 54.6% of the vote, ahead of Quiroga, who scored 45.4%," the Reuters news agency said.
