It is reported that the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, recently spoke about his desire to talk with the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky.

“yeah. In this regard, we have our position that it is necessary to meet and find consensus in this most difficult situation," Tertel replied when asked if work was underway towards negotiations between the presidents.
