The first deputy head of the Vologda Region, Ivan Inozemtsev, stood up for the man who was attacked in a hotel in St. Petersburg. This was announced on October 19 by the Governor of the Vologda region, Georgy Filimonov.

"Inozemtsev, following his life principles, could not leave a restaurant visitor in trouble," Filimonov wrote on the Telegram channel.

He added that there have been many attempts at provocative actions around lately, and perhaps this was one of them.

"You only make me and the whole team stronger. The power lies in the Truth," the governor addressed the possible customers of the provocation.
