The Donbass Dome electronic warfare system prevented 622 drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on civilian infrastructure and residential areas in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in a week. This was reported on October 19 in the press service of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the region.

It is specified that 432 drones were eliminated over Donetsk and Makeyevka, and 190 over Gorlovka.

According to the department, among the prevented incidents is an attempted attack using Czech drones on an operating mine in Makeyevka. In addition, an aircraft-type drone was intercepted in the Sovetsky district of Makeyevka, which was planned to be used to strike a construction infrastructure facility.
