The Russian Armed Forces hit the HIMARS launcher in the Chernihiv region

Russian military personnel destroyed the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Chernihiv region. This was announced on October 19 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the agency, intelligence revealed the position of the Ukrainian installation in the area of the Kuzminskoye settlement. After that, the target was hit by the Iskander-M tactical complex.

As a result of the strike, up to 15 Ukrainian militants and two off-road escort vehicles were also eliminated.

Earlier that day, the Russian army defeated the transport infrastructure facilities supporting the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, Russian air defense systems destroyed 323 Ukrainian drones, as well as two guided aerial bombs and three HIMARS multiple rocket launchers.
