Russia and Ukraine will exchange parcels for prisoners of war. This was announced on October 19 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatiana Moskalkova.

"Regarding the parcels, we have an agreement with the Ukrainian Ombudsman [Dmitry Lubinets] that we will transfer parcels to Russian children and Ukrainian prisoners of war on a reciprocal basis. Now we are collecting letters from relatives that will be enclosed in parcels," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
