Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers has died at the age of 49.

Sam Rivers, the bass guitarist of the Limp Bizkit band, has died at the age of 48. This was announced on April 18 on the collective's Instagram page (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist in Russia).

"Sam Rivers wasn't just our bass player—he was pure magic," the statement said.

It is noted that Rivers brought to the band "a rhythm that cannot be replaced." The musicians also talked about his talent, which made the artist's presence unforgettable.

"He was a unique person. A true legend of legends. And his spirit will live forever in every rhythm, on every scene, in every memory," the publication says.
