A child was injured as a result of an APU drone strike in the Belgorod region
In the Belgorod region, a 13-year-old child was injured as a result of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a passenger car. This was announced on October 18 by the press service of the regional operational headquarters.
"A 13-year—old child was injured by a drone strike in the Valuysky district," the Telegram channel says.
It is specified that the child was hospitalized with a mine explosion injury and shrapnel wounds to the head and leg. At the appropriate time, the victim is provided with all necessary assistance. In addition, as a result of the Ukrainian attack, the vehicle was destroyed by fire.
Earlier that day, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that a woman was injured in the village of Lozove as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to Gladkov, the woman suffered a mine-explosion injury, as well as through-shrapnel wounds to her hip and a wound to her arm. An ambulance took her to the regional clinical hospital.
