The Russian Ministry of Education and Science is considering the possibility of using artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of higher education and science. This became known on October 18.

"The Russian Ministry of Education and Science is currently comprehensively considering the feasibility of using AI tools in the higher education system and in providing scientific activities," RIA Novosti quoted the ministry's press service as saying.

The Ministry stressed the importance of taking into account the risks associated with the introduction of AI technologies, including generative neural networks in the educational process.
