Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed Deputy Head of Rosavtodor Igor Kostyuchenko as Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia. The corresponding decree was published on October 17 on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
"Appoint Igor Vladimirovich Kostyuchenko as Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia, relieving him of his post," reads the text of the decree.
