The media reported the death of a Russian tourist in an Alanya hotel

A Russian tourist was found dead in her hotel room in the Kargicak district of Alanya. This was reported by the Turkish newspaper Alanya Postası on October 17.

"69-year-old Russian tourist Olga Shapoval <...> she was found motionless in her room. <...> Gendarmerie officers have launched a comprehensive investigation into the causes of death," the article says.

According to the newspaper, the hotel staff noticed that the woman stopped leaving her room. Then they entered the room, saw a Russian woman with no signs of life, called an ambulance and the police.

On September 26, the Turkish newspaper Yeni Akit reported that Russian tourist Linaria Muzipova died as a result of being hit by a speedboat in the Kemer area of Antalya. It was reported that the captain of the boat and the owner of the parasailing company were detained. The brother of the deceased, Rishat Islyaev, told Izvestia that the incident happened on the first day of Muzipova's vacation.
