The air defense forces repelled attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over several districts of the Rostov region. This was announced on October 17 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar, in his Telegram channel.

"In the Rostov region, the air defense forces repelled an enemy air attack, destroying and intercepting UAVs in Novoshakhtinsk, Millerovsky, Belokalitvinsky, Krasnosulinsky and Rodionovo-Nesvetaisky districts," the report said.

Slyusar noted that no one was injured as a result of the drone attack. In the village of Kiselevo, Krasnosulinsky district, the fence and a house on a private farmstead were damaged.
