Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked energy facilities in Kursk region

Some consumers in Rylsk and the Belovsky district of the Kursk region were left without electricity after the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on October 16 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.
"Tonight, the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit a substation in the city of Rylsk. Part of the city and the suburbs were temporarily left without electricity," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
