- Large families from Troparevo-Nikulin have sent more than 100 tons of aid to their area.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Troparevo-Nikulin Association of large families has sent more than 100 tons of aid to support the fighters and residents of the new regions. This was reported in the press service of the prefecture of the Western Administrative District of Moscow.
"Many of our mothers with many children have sons and husbands on the front line. We cannot sit idly by," said Natalia Polovova, coordinator of the district Association of Large Families, deputy of the Troparevo—Nikulino municipal district.
Activists regularly send self-made camouflage nets, helmet patches, and trench candles to the front line. In addition, members of the society organize the collection of humanitarian aid for the participants of the SVR and residents of new regions: they transfer clothes, medicines and food.
"We are doing everything to support the guys. We send them what they need, send them good wishes and crafts from the children," said Lyubov Rassadina, a mother of nine children, two of whom are members of her group.
This year, several cars with gifts were sent to the children of an orphanage in Lugansk. Clothes, sports uniforms, board games and soft toys were prepared for the children.
The activists are assisted by the district council of veterans. He buys medicines, provides a room for work and social events.
The aid collection point and production facility are located in the Council of Veterans of the Troparevo-Nikulino district on Vernadsky Avenue.
