PSB has opened an updated educational space of the Department of Banking at the Financial University

PSB has opened an updated educational space for the bank's basic department at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the bank's press service said. The solemn event was attended by Chairman of the PSB Peter Fradkov and Rector of the Financial University Stanislav Prokofiev.

"Responding to modern demands in the field of education, the bank's experts, together with the scientific and pedagogical school of the Financial University, have created a space where everyone who plans to build a career in finance, including at the PSB, can gain competitive knowledge. The development of key sectors of the Russian economy requires highly qualified and talented specialists who will bring domestic enterprises to a leading position. We are pleased that graduates of the Financial University come to work at our bank. I am sure that studying at the PSB department will become a powerful incentive for training managers of a qualitatively new level," said Peter Fradkov.

The PSB space includes a lecture hall, an IT lab, a coworking area, a webinar room and a coffee point. Advanced high-tech equipment will allow students to implement large-scale digital projects. Educational programs will include not only traditional formats, but also various master classes, meetings, consultations, including with the participation of PSB experts.

"The opening of the modern educational space of the PSB basic Department is a landmark event in the history of the Financial University. For the first time in the practice of our long-term and fruitful cooperation with the PSB, the cooperation agreement with which was signed in 2021, created not just a classroom, but a unique space combining functionality, technology and comfort. The space can be easily transformed into various learning formats, includes a lecture hall that will be involved in the educational process, and a webinar at the PSB Academy, providing room for innovation," Stanislav Prokofiev emphasized.
