A man fell through the ice and died in Yakutia

In Yakutia, rescuers found the body of a man who had previously disappeared in the Zhigansky district. The victim fell through the ice and drowned.

According to YakutiaMedia news agency, on October 11, a resident of the village of Bakhanai, born in 1974, left his house and headed towards the river 10 km from the village where his tent was located. Later it turned out that the man did not reach the tent and disappeared. On October 15, a search began involving local residents and rescuers.

On October 16, the man's body was found at a shallow depth under water. The victim fell through the ice. An inspection is underway.

In the Amur region, a rubber boat capsized near the village of Kamyshenka. There were two people on board, they ended up in the water. One fisherman managed to get ashore, the other drowned.
