He also noted that the states of the Middle East and Africa are ready to invest in Russian energy projects. According to Dmitriev, Russia, against the background of tariff wars, can provide the reliability and predictability that investors are looking for.

On the same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the elites of Western countries, by refusing to service Russian energy equipment, had shown that they were unreliable partners.
