The Moscow budget fully provides funds for payments to its participants. As Mayor Sergei Sobyanin noted, the city provides comprehensive assistance, including established payments and a wide range of social benefits for families and children of ITS participants. The payments also include monthly child allowances without taking into account the family's financial status, exemption from paying for kindergarten, clubs, classes, extended periods, as well as for meals at schools and colleges. In addition, there is an exemption from payment under education agreements for obtaining secondary vocational or higher education. If necessary, families receive assistance in placing children in kindergartens, residential schools and social protection institutions.

Participants of the special military operation and their families can also apply for any help at the Unified Support Center. Comprehensive work is organized here to support and resolve individual issues. The center provides legal and psychological-psychotherapeutic consultations, assistance in medical examinations, rehabilitation and prosthetics, as well as assistance in adapting living quarters to the needs of veterans. In addition, specialists provide support in professional development, retraining and employment, and help in solving address requests. Special attention is paid to the involvement of veterans in the social, cultural and sports life of the capital, which, according to experts, contributes to their social adaptation.
