Acts of terrorism continue on the part of Ukraine and Western intelligence agencies against Russia's critical energy infrastructure. This was stated on October 16 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, answering a question from Izvestia correspondent Nikolai Ivanov.

"Attempts of such acts of terrorism against the critical energy infrastructure continue on the part of the Kiev regime. The complexity of these attempts indicates that the Ukrainians themselves could not do this, it cannot all be done without the participation of Western intelligence services," Peskov said.
