On October 16, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on statements by US President Donald Trump about India's alleged cessation of purchases of Russian oil and the need to force China to follow suit.
"We are guided by the official statements that were from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India, from [New] Delhi. There was also a statement from Beijing. These statements are available to everyone, so, in fact, we are guided by them," he said.
