FT: In the case of Tomahawk deliveries to Ukraine, they will be managed by contractors from the United States.

Contractors from the United States will assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in using Tomahawk missiles, if their supplies are approved. This was reported on October 16 by the Financial Times newspaper, citing sources.
"Thus, the need for detailed training of Ukrainian soldiers will disappear, and the United States will be able to control targeting and other issues," the newspaper quoted the source as saying.
