On October 15, Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexey Stolyarov (Lexus) called it ridiculous that they were recognized in London as a threat to British democracy.

"This is ridiculous. They pretend to be a victim, but they themselves are afraid of the truth like fire," said Vovan.

According to him, their prank with former British Defense Minister Ben Wallace, when he stated that the country was running out of anti-tank installations, since London had supplied Kiev with almost all of its portable anti-tank guided missiles, was not espionage, but journalism. In the same conversation, Wallace noted that the United Kingdom was interested in Ukraine joining NATO and did not rule out assistance in the development of nuclear weapons.

"They call us a threat to their democracy. But the real threat to any democracy is when the government lies to its people and plays secret games. MI5 is not fighting with us, but with the truth, which is becoming public knowledge. And if panic starts because of our work in London, it means that we are doing everything right," Lexus (Alexey Stolyarov) emphasized.

British intelligence agencies have officially ranked Russian pranksters among the main threats to the national security of the United Kingdom. The relevant information was published on the official website of the National Directorate of Security Security (NPSA), one of the divisions of the British counterintelligence.

"In March 2022, fraudulent emails were sent to government agencies, allegedly from the Ukrainian Embassy in London, requesting telephone conversations with ministers. Subsequently, a video recording of a telephone conversation between an impostor posing as the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the then Minister of Defense was published in order to discredit him and the government. The perpetrators, Vovan and Lexus, were Russian pranksters working in the interests of the Russian state," the statement said.

On April 29, pranksters presented a conversation with Joe Wilson, a member of the US House of Representatives, in which he supported Ukraine's accession to NATO. During the conversation, the bloggers reminded Wilson that the American leader does not support this idea. The congressman did not agree with this decision.
