Up to 76 million rubles will be allocated for equipping the bridge with security systems in Omsk

Omsk announced the search for a contractor who will install modern engineering and technical transport security systems on the Frunzensky Bridge over the Om River. This is reported by IA OmskMedia with reference to the RosTender resource.

According to the project documentation referred to by the news agency, the contractor will have to update fences and road signs, install new lighting poles and hundreds of fixtures, transformer equipment and wiring. Surveillance cameras will also be installed at the ferry.

It is planned to determine the contractor on October 20. He will be able to receive up to 76.04 million rubles for his work. The exact amount will be known after the auction results are summed up.

The repair work on the bridge is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2026. The customer is the budgetary institution "Operation of external landscaping facilities".

Earlier in October, it was reported that the Golden Domes residential complex, which had been under construction for more than 20 years, had received a commissioning permit in Omsk. The rights of 292 shareholders were restored.
